Sugar-free fat bombs

Makes: 15-20

Ingredients

1½ cups ground almonds
½ cup oat flour
½ cup smooth peanut butter or nut butter of choice
3-4 tbsp coconut oil, melted
12-15 drops liquid stevia
2 tsp vanilla paste
Pinch salt
100g dark chocolate chips
Dairy-free milk

Method

Stir together all ingredients until combined, adding splashes of milk as needed. Roll into balls, then store in airtight containers or in the fridge until ready to eat.
